The National Cannabis Industry Association is hosting an invitation-only event to connect Minnesota cannabis professionals, license applicants, and stakeholders and to provide an opportunity to engage on critical policy reforms the association is leading on behalf of small and independent cannabis and hemp businesses.

Join us to learn how membership with NCIA can support your business goals and: 

  1. End the crushing tax burden of 280E by reclassifying cannabis to Schedule III in the federal controlled Substances Act,
  2. Open access to affordable lending and credit card processing services for state-licensed cannabis businesses, and
  3. Enact sensible federal regulations on hemp- and marijuana-derived cannabinoid products.

NCIA co-founder and CEO, Aaron Smith, will be on hand to discuss the efforts the organization is leading in Congress as well as its efforts to move federal rescheduling forward at the DEA.
