I have earned my MBA in HR Management, and since then, I've achieved several key certifications, including SHRM-CP, CUHRCP, and SHRM-PASC certification.

My achievements include being a finalist for Crain Business Magazine’s Excellence in HR award in both 2021 and 2022. I am actively involved in the HR community, serving on the board of the local SHRM group and the State HR Conference Planning Committee, as well as on the HR Advisory Committee board for the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA).
