Haley Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of Dixon Wellness Collective, a leading cannabis retailer located in Dixon, California. With over a decade of experience in the cannabis industry, Haley has established herself as a dynamic leader known for her strategic vision and operational excellence. Haley’s academic background includes studies at both Fresno State and Sacramento State, where she completed her undergraduate education. She began her professional career in the restaurant industry, where she gained invaluable experience in operations management and developed a passion for efficiency and customer service. These skills later translated seamlessly into her work in the insurance sector, where she spent five years with State Farm Insurance.

In 2012, Haley made a pivotal career shift into the cannabis industry, joining A Therapeutic Alternative. Her keen ability to navigate the complexities of this emerging market allowed her to quickly rise to a managerial position within the same year. Her leadership was instrumental in her team being selected to open the first cannabis retail store in Dixon, CA, in 2017. Since founding Dixon Wellness Collective, Haley has overseen the company’s growth and success, ensuring it remains a trusted and respected establishment in the community. Under her guidance, Dixon Wellness Collective has become synonymous with quality, customer service, and community engagement.

Haley’s commitment to her community is evident in her active involvement with the Dixon Chamber of Commerce. She has served as a board member for three years, including a term as Chair of the Board in 2023. Before joining the board, Haley was an ambassador for the Chamber, where she was recognized as Ambassador of the Year in 2019. Her business, Dixon Wellness, was honored as Dixon's Business of the Year in 2020, and Haley herself received then prestigious Spirit of Solano award that same year for her outstanding contributions to the community.

In addition to her role at Dixon Wellness Collective, Haley is also a partner in three other dispensaries in California, where she serves as a board advisor. Her contributions to the cannabis industry have been marked by a commitment to ethical business practices, education, and advocacy for responsible cannabis use. Haley’s leadership extends beyond her businesses, as she actively participates in shaping

cannabis policy at the local, state, and federal levels. Her passion for the industry and her community continues to drive the success of her ventures and inspire those around her.
