By advocating for sustainable business practices, creating a supportive ecosystem for businesses, and driving policy innovation, we empower cannabis businesses to thrive.

As a 501(c)6 non-profit organization, the Chamber enables collective action to achieve shared success that benefits businesses and the community as a whole. 

After spearheading efforts to bring consumption venues to Nevada in 2021 and introducing social equity into statute with AB341, the Chamber successfully passed legislation to double the daily purchase limits and created a pathway for ex-offenders to work in the legal industry with SB277 in 2023.

Our team embraces the privilege and responsibility that comes with participating in the legal cannabis industry. As a volunteer-driven organization, the Chamber seeks to honor the legacy of those who paved the way for legalization by doing all that it can to create a clear path for those who will follow next.
